3.1 Registration Requirements

• False or misleading information was provided during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Prohibited conduct (as defined in Section 6) is detected.
• The account is associated with money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file after any applicable deductions, subject to investigation completion.

3.5 Account Closure by the Player

7.1 Ownership of Content

All content on bqji999 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, data compilations, and software — is the property of bqji999 or its content licensors (including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. 8.3 Third-Party Services

8.4 Maximum Liability

8.5 Governing Terms and Disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of bqji999 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team should be submitted in writing to support@bqji999. bqji999 will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, and the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency with a translated version.
